Can I modify or cancel my order?

SHIPPING & TRACKING
What are the delivery times?
Preparation: 1 to 3 business days
Shipping (Transit): generally 6 to 9 business days for France and Europe, and 10 to 15 business days for other destinations
Estimated total delivery time: 7 to 12 business days for France and Europe, and 11 to 18 business days for international orders

How can I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped from our logistics center. You can track your order on our Track My Order page.
Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is currently offered at no additional cost for France and Europe.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your package to return an item if it does not suit you. The product must be new, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

How are refunds processed?
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is processed subject to validation, generally within 3 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
Are your lighting products covered by a warranty?
Some products may benefit from a warranty against manufacturing defects. Applicable conditions are specified in our Terms and Conditions.

How should I maintain my products?
Use a soft dry cloth. Avoid abrasive chemical products. Always switch off the electricity before cleaning.
